The Ford New Holland TD5050 was introduced in 2007 as part of the TD5000 series, aimed at providing a reliable and cost-effective tractor solution for a wide range of farming applications. Production continued until 2012. Under the hood sits an IVECO 8045.45 4-cylinder diesel engine, producing approximately 75 horsepower. Engine displacement is 4.5 liters (274 cubic inches). This engine delivers ample power for PTO-driven implements and hydraulic tasks. The standard transmission is a mechanical 12x12 synchro shuttle, offering a good range of speeds for various field conditions.
