• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• Payment must be received before orders are shipped
• We accept payment via credit card through Stripe
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Orders and Cancellations

Important: Our warehouses are fully automated. Once your order is placed, it is instantly sent to the closest warehouse for processing and cannot be modified or canceled. No exceptions.

Please ensure all order information is correct before submitting your order, including:

• Shipping address (must be a physical address, no P.O. Boxes)
• Product selection and quantities
• Contact information

Shipping

• Shipping is available to all 50 states (restrictions apply to freight items)
• Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will ship the same day when possible
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• UPS charges an $18.00 address correction fee for incorrect addresses
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or carrier issues

Returns and Refunds

Please review our Return Policy for detailed information. In summary:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt
• Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging
• Contact us before returning any items
• Certain items are non-returnable (special orders, installed electrical parts, etc.)
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless item was defective
• Restocking fees may apply

Warranties

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We do not provide any additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty information included with your product.
