Ford New Holland 8770 Tractor Parts

The Ford New Holland 8770 was introduced in 1992 as part of the Series 70 tractor lineup, replacing older models and offering improved performance and operator comfort. Production continued through 1996. The 8770 boasts a 7.5L (456 cubic inch) New Holland diesel engine, producing approximately 210 horsepower. This engine provided ample power for demanding tasks, while remaining reliable and durable under heavy use. The standard transmission was a 12-speed partial powershift, allowing for smooth gear changes on the move. A 24-speed Dual Power transmission was also available as an option. The 8770 delivered around 175 PTO horsepower, available in both 540 and 1000 RPM configurations. Its hydraulic system provided a flow rate of approximately 27 GPM, powering multiple remote valves for implements. The tractor featured a Category II 3-point hitch, with a lift capacity exceeding 7,000 lbs.
