John Deere 6610 Tractor Parts

The John Deere 6610 was part of the popular 6010 series, introduced in 1997. Production continued until 2001. At its heart is a John Deere 6.8L PowerTech diesel engine, delivering approximately 105 horsepower. This engine is known for its durability and efficient fuel consumption. The 6610 was offered with several transmission options, primarily the PowrQuad transmission (various speeds depending on the exact configuration). On the PTO side, the 6610 delivers roughly 90 horsepower, available at both 540 and 1000 RPM, increasing the tractor's flexibility when using various implements. The hydraulic system provides around 25 GPM of flow, with multiple remote options available for operating hydraulic cylinders and motors on attachments. It features a Category II 3-point hitch, offering a lift capacity suitable for a wide range of implements. The 6610's versatility made it suitable for many farming applications, including row crop work, hay production, livestock operations, and general tillage. Compared to the smaller 6210 or 6410, the 6610 offered increased horsepower and hydraulic capacity, while being more compact and nimble than larger frame tractors such as the 7000 series.
