Shipping Information
Shipping is to the 48 Continental United States for tractors and other large pieces of equipment. We use various freight companies to ship large items depending on the destination and item.
We ship parts and smaller items to all 50 states and Canada. These items are shipped UPS only, therefore, you MUST provide a PHYSICAL SHIPPING ADDRESS, no APO or PO Boxes. Failure to provide the correct shipping information will delay shipping.
We ship daily Monday through Friday. If your order is placed before 2:00 pm EST, we will do our best to ship the same day. We will email tracking information at the end of each day.
Returns Information
Madison Tractor Company has a limited return policy.
We will NOT allow returns because the wrong part was ordered.

Refunds Information
Madison Tractor Company will refund your purchase only if the product you ordered is not in stock as shown on our website or the part is proven to be defective. We will NOT provide a refund because the wrong part was ordered.
