Shipping & Returns
Shipping is to the 48 Continental United States for tractors and other large pieces of equipment. We use various freight companies to ship large items depending on the destination and item.
We ship parts and smaller items to all 50 states. These items are shipped UPS only, therefore, you MUST provide a PHYSICAL SHIPPING ADDRESS, no APO or PO Boxes. Failure to provide the correct shipping information will delay shipping.
We ship daily Monday through Friday. If your order is placed before 2:00 pm EST, we will do our best to ship the same day. We will email tracking information at the end of each day.
Our warehouses are fully automated. Your order is instantly sent to the closest warehouse for processing, therefore your order can not be modified or canceled.
Returns and Refund Information
Madison Tractor Company has a limited return policy.
You must request an RGA # within 30 days of receiving your item.
We will allow returns at no cost to the customer if the item is proven to be defective. We will issue a prepaid shipping label with a return RGA#. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
We will accept returns if the wrong part was ordered. A 20% restocking fee will apply. All banded and micro-rib belting returns require a 40% restocking fee. An RGA# will be generated and supplied to the customer. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. A refund for the item, -20% restocking fee, will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
